Detached house. C18. Flint with brick dressings, now painted;
the quoins run down the middle with a masonry break,
suggesting that there may have been 2 properties originally;
roof of tiles. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Flat-arched entrance; one
flat-arched window to right, cambered-arched to left;
first-floor windows flat-arched; 6/6 sashes to all windows
except ground-floor right-hand; hipped roof; stuccoed stack to
rear. INTERIOR: not inspected.
