Row of 3 houses. Late C18 or early C19. Coursed dressed
limestone with ironstone dressings; partly renewed gabled tile
roof with brick end stack and cross-axial stack. Single and
2-unit plans.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 5-window range. Windows have large
lintels and 2-light casements. Spring Cottage: 2-window range.
Central entrance has large lintel over C20 door. Windows have
C20 small-paned casements, those to ground floor with sills
and dressed jambs. Sunny Cottage: 2-window range. Central
entrance has relieving arch over Tudor-arched lintel to C20
door. Windows have sills and dressed jambs. Myrtle Cottage:
single-window range. Entrance to left has large lintel over
C20 door. Windows have sills, that to ground floor with
dressed jambs.
