Farmhouse, now house. C17 with C19 refronting in brick. Small
timber-framing with reddish brick nogging to left side at
rear, red brick laid to English garden wall bond to front
facade, and plain-tile roof. T-shaped on plan, 3-unit range.
EXTERIOR: single storey plus attic, 3-window range. Entrance
off-centre to right: plank door within moulded surround with
foliate decoration in the spandrels, gabled brick porch with
bargeboards and finial. Entrance is flanked by 3-light wood
casements under cambered brick heads; similar window to left.
Gabled roof. Attic has 3 gabled dormers with bargeboards and
finials. Pair of diagonal brick off-centre ridge stacks, right
end stack. Bargeboards at end gables. Left gable has oriel
window with hipped roof.
INTERIOR: has chamfered beams from roughly-hewn timbers,
exposed joists. Small square panels of timber-framing to some
partition walls. First floor has similar exposed timbering to
partition walls. Exposed original purlins and wall-plate.
