2 houses, now one house. Probably early C18 with later
additions and alterations. Reddish-brown brick with render to
right gable-end and gabled plain-tile roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 4 first-floor windows. C20 glazed door
left of centre; further similar door right of centre. Windows,
from left: 6/6 fixed-light window under elliptical arch,
canted bay with metal casements with glazing bars; these 2
openings and doorways under continuous pentice roof. To right
an 8/8 sash under elliptical arch. First floor: 2-light
casement windows with glazing bars throughout. Modillion
cornice. Ridge and right external stack.
INTERIOR: inglenook fireplace with bressumer beam visible in
second room, exposed beams and joists; otherwise not
inspected.
Forms a group with stables and cart shed (qv).
