Farmhouse, now 2 houses. Main part early C19; right part
probably originally C17 with later alterations and
restoration. Main part: brick laid to Flemish bond; hipped
slate roof with brick ridge stacks. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Eaves on
paired brackets. Central entrance has C19 timber gabled porch
and architrave to paired half-glazed doors. Windows have
pegged casements with 6-pane leaded glazing and iron opening
casements. Rear similar, but entrance has C20 porch and
architrave to half-glazed door and 3 windows to ground floor,
2 with 12-pane sashes and one with 16-pane sash; first floor
has windows with 3-light casements and one with 4/8 sash.
Left return has blocked segmental-headed window with iron bars
to basement and 2 casements to ground floor.
Right part: brick laid to English bond and plastered; steeply
pitched tile roof with brick end stack.
2 storeys; single-window range. Top modillioned brick cornice.
Single-storey wing projects to right, with entrance. C20 doors
and windows throughout.
INTERIOR: not inspected, but Farmhouse noted as having
stick-baluster staircase to rear.
