House. C17 with later alterations and restoration.
Timber-frame with painted brick infill and brick addition to
right end; steeply pitched thatched roof with brick stack to
front of ridge and end stacks, that to right end projects.
Large early C20 brick rear range with slate roof. 3-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: single-storey plus attic; 3-window range. Entrance
to left of centre has 6-panel door with 2 glazed panels in
moulded wood frame, C20 thatched rustic porch. To left a pair
of segmental-headed windows with 2-light small-paned
casements; 2 segmental-headed windows to right have similar
casements; 3 raking dormers have casements with iron opening
casements. Square framing extends to right of porch only on
front elevation.
Right return has offset stack; left return has C20 garage with
tile lean-to front.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
