Cottage in row. Early C19, remodelling of earlier property,
sharing its roof with No.21 (qv). Rendered and colourwashed
over rubble, Welsh slate roof with continuation to north and
plain gable to south, tall brick chimney stack on stone base.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, single bay. Ground floor has a 24-pane
horizontal sliding sash window, with a 2-light small-pane
casement above. Boarded door in plain opening to right.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
