Farmhouse. Early C19 front with C17 or earlier rear wings.
Cement rendered front range and rear wings, render reputed to
be covering timber frame to the side. Low pitched hipped slate
roof to the main front range, plain-tiled gabled roofs to rear
wings. Integral brick eaves stack to side and spurred central
stack with reduced shaft. Plan of main front range fronting 3
earlier rear wings of varying lengths.
EXTERIOR: front is a 2-storey, 3-window range of 6/6 sashes to
first floor and 2/2:6/6:2/2 tripartite sashes to ground floor.
6-panelled central door in pilastered frame with fanlight with
radial bars and bracketed flat hood. Left side: 2-window range
split across new and old wings of varying but mostly 2-light
wood casements flanking central projecting gabled porch. Rear
and right side: mostly C20 renewed wood casements and glazed
door to rear wings.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
