House. C16. Timber frame with brick plinth and painted
rendered infill. Partly old tiled roof. Large projecting stone
rubble stack to rear with brick shaft. 2-bay front range with
rear wing.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey. Street front is timber-framed with square
framing with posts with middle rails and tension braces each
end. First floor jettied with moulded bressumer and moulded
jettied first-floor post feet. 3 restored multi-pane casements
at both floors with C20 plain boarded door to left.
Side: covered with corrugated sheet with twin-purlin roof
evident.
Rear and rear wing: square framing at first floor with brick
infill, ground floor underbuilt in brick, with C20 casements
and C20 glazed door. Rendered timber-framed end gable. C20
brick gabled 2-storey extension wing to rear of rear wing.
INTERIOR: ceiling beams with moulded edges and stop chamfers.
