Farmhouse, now house. C17. Stone rubble with brick dentil
course eaves and tiled roof with C20 roof lights. Projecting
stone gable-end stacks with later brick shafts.
Square plan of 2 front bays, single central staircase bay with
small flanking side bays.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and attic. Front is 2-window range of
restored stone mullion windows with ashlar surrounds and C20
leaded lights in steel casements; 2-light mullion windows to
second floor and 3-light mullion windows to lower floors.
Central door with C20 chamfered ashlar surround.
Right return: restored mullion leaded windows flank central
stone stack at each floor with single-light stone windows also
at attic level; ground-floor right side masked by C20
single-storey extension.
Left return: raised ground level resulting in 2-storey and
attic elevation with restored stone windows similar to the
opposite face, except for C20 door in chamfered surround to
lower floor right side.
Rear: 2 restored stone mullion leaded windows at first floor,
ground floor masked by C20 single-storey tiled mono-pitch
extension.
INTERIOR: square-framed partitions on all floors. C17
ovolo-chamfered oak door frames and contemporary staircase.
Twin trenched-purlin roof with raised eaves. Internal truss of
3 posts with rails and twin raking struts to principals.
