House. c1870. Roughcast and painted brick; slate roof with two
rendered ridge stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey gabled front to street; 3-window right
return. Entrance in right return. Gable end has single window
to each floor, of 3 lights on ground floor, 2 lights on first
floor, 1 light in gable apex. Right return has plank door to
left of centre; to left, one 2-light casement window, to right
three similar windows. On first floor, three 2-light windows.
Windows are all casements with lozenge pattern cast-iron
glazing bars.
INTERIOR: no features of particular interest.
