Villa. c1820, altered and extended in C20. Colourwashed and
rendered brick; hipped slate roof with two rendered stacks.
EXTERIOR: entrance front: 2 storeys, 2 windows. Open
pedimented timber doorcase of engaged columns with fish-scale
capitals has half-glazed door under 5-vaned fanlight. One 4/4
horned sash to right and left; two 3/6 unhorned sashes on
first floor.
Garden front: 2 storeys, 3 bays, with single single-storey bay
at each end. All ground floor openings are French windows with
glazing bars, centre one enclosed in late C20 glazed porch. On
first floor, central French window opens on to wrought-iron
balcony: end windows are casements. All windows and French
windows have louvred shutters.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
