Shop with accommodation over, disused at time of survey.
Probably c1800 with later alterations, including C19 or early
C20 shopfront. Plastered; roof not visible; left end stack
with brick shaft with corbelled cornice; cast-iron rainwater
goods. Double-depth plan, one room wide.
3 storeys. Symmetrical 2-bay front. Eaves board. Shop front
with moulded pilasters and projecting moulded cornice above
panelled fascia. Plate-glass shop windows canted in to central
glazed door with tiled floor to porch. 2 first-floor 12-pane
hornless sashes with shallow cast-iron balconies, the windows
break a moulded cornice; two 12-pane second-floor hornless
sashes. INTERIOR not available for inspection at time of
survey.
