House. Mid C19. Stucco scored to imitate ashlaring. Hipped
roof of slate with boxed eaves.
2 storeys over half basement, all windows flat-arched with 6x6
sash bars of original design; 3x3 to basement. The placement
of openings is slightly off-centre with respect to the rest of
the elevation. Round-arched entrance with plain fanlight
reached up short flight of steps; 4-panel door of an authentic
design. Truncated stack to left return.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Part of a very strong group consisting of Nos 24-30 (consec)
(qqv), all of which are of identical design.
