Former warehouse, now clubhouse. Early C19. White painted
rubble with granite quoins except for one side which is
painted brick; slate hipped roof. Rectangular plan.
2 storeys; 3-window range. Sashes with glazing bars. C20
lean-to porch on the left. Rear (harbour) elevation has 4
ground-floor windows with windows above, the central windows
made into one wide window.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
