Detached villa. Mid C19. Stucco with stucco detail; dry slate
hipped roof behind stuccoed parapet with moulded cornice;
stuccoed end stacks with moulded cornices. Double-depth plan
with probably 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance
hall plus a lower service wing on the right.
2 storeys; originally a symmetrical 3-window entrance front
but now extended in front of right-hand ground-floor window.
Original 12-pane hornless sashes; ground floor with channelled
rustication and keyed segmental arches; band above. Distyle
porch with moulded entablature; overlight and panelled door.
Left-hand return is 3-window garden front with similar detail.
Other elevations not inspected.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
