House. Early C19. Stucco; dry slate hipped roof with
projecting eaves; rendered stack on the left and at rear
right. Single-depth plan plus later wing at rear left.
2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front with rusticated quoins
and mid-floor string. Original 12-pane hornless sashes and
glazed door within C20 polygonal glazed porch.
INTERIOR: not inspected, except to note open-well staircase
with open string and mahogany handrail, but likely to retain
other features of interest.
