GV II

Villa, now flats. c1820s with later alterations. Stucco with hipped slate roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with basement, 5 window front. Central projecting portico with fluted Ionic columns, frieze and cornice (now glazed). half-glazed door with side-lights and large transom light. 1/1 sashes throughout in segmental-arched reveals, sills. First-floor band ramped downwards to side elevation and again to rear. Wide eaves. Right return has blind openings. INTERIOR: noted in 1983 List as having stair hall with moulded cornice and plain late Regency-type staircase. Built up attic to north end.
