GV II

House. Late C18/early C19. Painted brickwork. Plain tile roof,
right end hipped, brick stack on right. 3 storeys, 1 wide bay.
To left, 6-panelled door with mouldings has overlight with
circular glazing pattern and reeded doorcase with flanking
moulded panels. To right, sash window set in rendered
architrave and surround with vermiculated keystone. Corniced
band between ground and 1st floors with bowed protrusion below
base of tripartite shallow bay oriel window on first floor
which has 12-pane sash, panelled strip pilasters dividing
lights, frieze and modillion over; bracketed window boxes
below. 12-pane sashes to second floor. Stone coped parapet.
