House. Early C19, incorporating probably C17 work, with later
alterations. Mostly red brick with some yellow in Flemish bond
with painted plinth courses; some internal timber-framing.
Plain tile roof with brick dentilled eaves and brick end-stack
on right.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Windows on 1st floor and
ground-floor right are boxed 10/10 sashes, that on ground
floor under segmental brick arch. To left on ground floor, a
shallow canted bay-window with 10-pane fixed glazing and C20
half-glazed door to its right, both under leaded cornice.
INTERIOR: square-panel timber-framed internal party wall on
left; spine-beam in ceiling to rear; partly-exposed roof
timbers above stairs and to upper floor, including principal
rafters.
