House. C17. Timber-framed with painted brick infilling and plinth. Clay Bridgwater tile roof with gabled ends. Brick axial and large external gable-end stacks.

PLAN: L-shaped on plan, with cross-wing at left [south] end.

EXTERIOR: one storey and attic. Asymmetrical east front, with cross-wing on left, the gable end wall rebuilt or faced in brick; main range on right with square-framing with tension braces, C20 porch and raking dormer above. All C20 casements. Rear [west] has gable end of cross-wing on right with large external brick stack with set-offs and oven at base; small C20 outshut in angle to left and main roof on left carried down over small outshut on left end; raking dormer above.
