GV II

House. Mid C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Rendered
brickwork with textured finish and painted quoins on
projecting stone plinth; slate roof with stone copings and
rendered end stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey, 2-window front. Entrance in gable wall to
left. Windows to main front are 6/6 sashes on ground floor,
1/1 sashes on first floor and squat 3/3 sashes on second
floor. All have painted surrounds with sills and lintels. Left
return has 6-panel door with bead and flush lower panels,
raised fielded and bolection moulded centre panels and glazed
top panels under a rectangular overlight.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
