Anglican church. 1852; by S. W .Daukes. Limestone rubble with freestone dressings. Clay plain tile roofs with stone coped gable ends.
PLAN: Nave, chancel, north aisle, vestry in angle of north aisle and chancel, and large 2-storey north porch.
Early English style.
EXTERIOR: 2-light plate-tracery windows and lancets, continuous stringcourse at cill level, buttresses with weathered set-offs; triple lancet east window; gabled stone bellcote with weathervane over east end of nave; large 2-storey north porch with wooden bellcote said to have been designed by the incumbent the Revd W. Wiggin. j.L. Pearson is believed to have been involved in designing the east end of the north aisle.
INTERIOR: Plastered walls. 4-bay north arcade and chancel arch with dog-tooth ornament in the arch mouldings and capitals. Arch-braced nave, aisle and chancel roofs, chancel roof panelled and painted. Furnishings complete, including benches, reading desk and lectern, stone font and pulpit, organ, and encaustic tiles in chancel. Windows with stained glass by Wailes, Clayton and Bell, and Powell.
