St Swithin's House

GV II

House, now offices. Mid C18, raised mid C19, with C20
additions. Brick with stucco top floor, stone dressings and
hipped slate roof with 2 side wall stacks. Chamfered plinth
and quoins, first and second floor bands, wooden modillion
eaves. 3 storeys plus basement, 3 bays. South side has a
central pedimented wooden doorcase with a 6-panel door, the
top 2 glazed. On either side, single glazing bar sashes and
above, 3 similar sashes. Bank Street side has 2 glazing bar
sashes and above, to left, a similar sash, all segment headed.
