Shop and offices. Mid C19, with late C20 alterations. Brick,
painted, with stone and stucco dressings and hipped slate roof
with a single ridge stack. Rounded corner, wooden modillion
eaves. 4 storeys, 2 x 4 bays. First and second floor windows
have moulded eared architraves. High Street front has
shopfront with continuous fascia, C20. Above, 2 floors, each
with 2 glazing bar sashes. Above again, 2 smaller glazing bar
sashes. Front to Cornhill, 4 bays, has similar fenestration,
with plain sashes to the first floor. INTERIOR not inspected.
