Northgate House and attached railing

II

House. Late C18, refenestrated mid C19. Brick with stone
dressings and pantile roof with 2 gable and single ridge
stacks. Cogged eaves, coped gables. 2 storeys plus garrets, 3
bays. L-plan. Central wooden doorcase with pediment and
part-glazed panelled door, flanked by single canted bay
windows with margin light sashes. Above, 3 segment headed
margin light sashes. Double gabled west side has renewed
glazing bar sashes. Right gable has a C20 casement to garret.
INTERIOR not inspected. Outside, attached railing.
