House, now offices. Mid C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Red
brick, old plain tiled roof, brick coped gables and stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys plus attics, 3-bay front with dentilled
timber cornice. To left C19 plain plastered doorcase with
plain frieze and hood containing 4-panel door and plain
overlight. To right 2 plain sashes. To 1st and 2nd floors 3
similar windows, all with brick segmental arches. In the attic
two 2-light casement dormers with segmental lead roofs.
INTERIOR: has been substantially modernised, but retains 2
contemporary fireplaces and eared and shouldered overmantel
with painting of sailing boats, in front rooms on ground and
first floors.
