Pair of houses and shop. Late C18. Red/brown brick with
pantile roof, brick coped gables.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3-bay front and 2-storey single bay wing
to right. Small plinth, moulded fascia. To left a C19 shop
doorway with wide pilasters, fascia and cornice. To right a
C20 half-glazed door with overlight and 2 margin light sashes.
To 1st floor 4 margin light sashes arranged 3:1. To 2nd floor
2 smaller margin light sashes, to each end. Sash windows have
rubbed brick wedge lintels. In the gable of the 2-storey range
a Yorkshire sash.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: to the left a tall yard wall with 2
panelled opening and stucco lintel. Stone coped wall with
decorative iron railings to top.
