GV II*

House, now offices. Mid C17, altered C19. Painted render with
rusticated painted stone quoins, plinth and 1st floor band.
Slate roofs, hipped to right. C19 gable and wall stacks in
Gault brick. Parallel range plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys plus attics, 5-bay front with dentilled
stone cornice, plain parapet, stone coped. Central 6-panel
door, with bordered overlight with glazed lamps. Set in
panelled doorcase, with plain frieze and moulded cornice, with
Roman Doric half-columns. Flanked by pairs of plain sashes. To
1st floor 5 small glazing bar sashes. Windows have flat heads,
those to ground floor with keystones. In the roof 3 glazing
bar sash dormers with lead segmental heads.
INTERIOR: retains some panelling and decorated plaster ceiling
to left-hand front room.
