GV II

House, now flats. Mid C19. Yellow stock brick with painted
stucco dressings. Hipped Welsh slate roof with plain
overhanging eaves. 2 rear wall stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3-bay front with low brick plinth.
Central panelled door up 3 steps, with fanlight, set in
pilastered surround with capitals and Doric frieze, and open
pediment, flanked by single margin light sashes. To 1st floor
3 similar windows. All windows have flat splayed stucco
lintels with grooved keystones.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
