GV II

House. Late C18, with C19 alterations. Red brick in Flemish
bond, cement rendered base to part ground floor, 2 stacks and
pantile roof behind stone-capped parapet.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys plus cellar, 3-bay front with to right a
6-panelled door with traceried overlight, up 2 steps, with
panelled ingoes, narrow pilastered hood and pediment. To left
2 plain sashes and to 1st and 2nd floor 3 similar windows.
Ground and 1st floor windows have wedge brick flat arches, 2nd
floor has altered cement stucco lintels. To the rear a
semicircular-headed stair window.
INTERIOR: retains panelled doors and stick baluster stair.
