Tomb of Robert Smirke, died 1845. Carrara marble headstone with circular niche containing a frontal bust within wreath surround, with coped ledger in front. History: Smirke, father of the architect Sir Robert Smirke, was a prominent Royal Academician and painter of religious and literary scenes.
