GV II

Former workers cottage, now house. c. 1900. Designed by A. Couchman. Red brick with plain tiled roofs and single square brick stack. Chamfered blue brick plinth, moulded brick band and overhanging eaves with timber bargeboards. Two storey. All casement windows have C20 leaded glazing.
Main front has two storey projecting wing to right with a 2-light cross casement and above a 2-light casement window. To left a projecting porch with hipped roof and single broad 2-light cross casement, with doorway to left return. To left a further 2-light cross casement window.
This building forms an integral part of this nationally important maltings complex.
