Farmhouse, now house and shop. Numbered right to left, described
left to right. Probably C17 origins with refronting and later
alterations including shop fronts of Late C19 and c1976-96.
Reddish-brown brick, painted to front facade, cement tile roof. 2
storeys, 4 first-floor windows. First floor has 6/6 sashes in
near-flush frames with elliptical arches and sills. Remains of
3-course first-floor band. Ground floor has entrance at left a
part-glazed door, then glazed shop window. At right a shop front
with end pilasters with corbels and frieze, plate-glass windows
and canted in to part-glazed door at right.
INTERIOR: roughly-chamfered axial beams. First-floor said to
retain cast-iron fireplace at right and beams at left.
