2 houses, now public house. Late C18 with later additions and
alterations including renovations c1980s. Stucco over brick with
pinkish-brown brick to rear, plain tile roof and end
pinkish-brown brick stacks with oversailing courses and pots.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 5 first-floor windows (3:2). First floor as
6/6 sashes; second floor has 3/3 sashes, all in near-flush frames
and with sills. Moulded eaves cornice. Ground floor: two wide,
cambered arched windows with etched glass, in plain reveals and
with sills, between these are 6-panel double doors with cambered
overlight and in plain reveals; then a straight-headed carriage
entrance with double plank doors; to right a plate glass window
in plain reveals and with sill and further entrance a part-glazed
door.
INTERIOR: ground floor gutted.
