Cottage now house. Late C18 altered and extended C19 and late
C20.
MATERIALS: Red brick in Flemish bond, old tile hipped roof.
PLAN: formerly 2-cell rectangular plan, with extension at
right, now with extensions at rear.
EXTERIOR: Single storey and one and a half storeys. 2 chimneys
with clay pots, one with corniced head on rear wall of
original build. One C20 chimney on end rear gable of
extension. South east entrance front symmetrical, 2-bay
windows, and C20 casement windows, those on ground floor under
segmental brick arches. 2 gabled dormers breaking eaves. C20
gabled, enclosed entrance porch with plain C20 door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
