Single house, linking Mount Pleasant House (qv) to Hare and Hounds public house next door (not included). 1978-80 by Ralph Erskine's Arkitektkontor; site architect Vernon Gracie; structural engineer, White, Young and Partners; main contractor Fairclough Building Limited. Pale metric modular brick cladding to concrete block work cross-wall construction, with brown vertical weatherboarding and tiled roof. Two storeys. Windows of timber in timber subframes with aluminium opening lights. Timber doors. Interiors not inspected.
