House, now shop with accommodation over. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Bath limestone ashlar with Welsh slate roof.
PLAN: Double depth.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys with basement, two bays. Ground floor has six panel door to left with three pane rectangular light over, to right a paired six/six sash with stone mullion between. Platband over. Above are two sash windows, six/six, in plain reveals. Crowning cornice, parapet, tall extended stone stack to right, no pots.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
