Ten terrace houses, on site that slopes steeply down from front. c1830.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, continuous single pitched slate roofs stepped up from No.4 to No.5, with long moulded stacks to party walls, some with hand-thrown chimney pots.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and lower ground floor. Each house has two-window range, moulded eaves cornice. Second and first floor platbands, bracketed sills, those to first floor wide with moulded brackets. Nos 1, 4 and 5 with cast iron crested edges. Bolection moulded four-panel doors to right of each house with tall overlights, cornices on consoles and cast iron bootscrapers to left. No.8 formerly had sliding shutters to ground floor. No.10 to left end has triangular plan with acute angle to left return.
