Three terrace houses. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, on coursed lias basement, slate roofs, some concrete tile to rear.
PLAN: Double depth plans, facing west, entry to left.
MATERIALS: Three storeys and basement, each two windows, all plain sash, with six-panel door on flight of stone steps, and transom light with margin panes.
No.1 has full width first floor balcony with anthemion iron railing, over ground floor canted oriel, carried on slender iron columns. No.2 has sliding Venetian shutters to all windows. No.3 has splayed window surrounds, with balconettes to first floor. Platband above basement, moulded cornice, blocking course and parapet, coped party divisions with stacks to right. Rear has various windows, and some additions. No.2 has eaves snow guards. No.3 has parapet, and slate roof.
INTERIORS: Not inspected. Access to properties by narrow lane to west, off Beechen Cliff Road.
