Detached house. Early C19 with C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
PLAN: Symmetrical compact gabled house with large addition across whole rear.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, three windows, all twelve pane sashes under thin drip-moulds, original six panel door in square ashlar porch with small arched lights to cheeks, and with cornice and blocking course. Each gable has two stage ashlar stack, and deep projecting eaves soffits. Right return plain, and left has attached C20 conservatory.
INTERIOR: Not inspected. Handsome villa in commanding position on a bend in the road.
