Terrace house, now Public house. Late C18 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front, rubble to basement, ashlar to right side, ashlar and rubble to rear; ground floor front and right side including single storey extension painted. Double-pile parapeted mansard roof, hipped to right, concrete tile to front and rear, with coped gable wall to right, coped party wall with two ashlar stacks with early clay pots to front, partly rebuilt in reconstituted Bath Stone to rear. Staircase to rear.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, attic and basement; two window front. First floor has two plate glass horned sashes in plain reveals with stone sills; second floor has two similar windows. Ground floor has similar window to left, to right six panel door with single-pane overlight in plain reveal; single storey parapeted extension to right has two C20 windows to front. Basement window now blocked, C20 door in extension in area, C20 windows to front. Double dormer with plate glass horned sashes. Moulded string over ground floor continued as cornice to extension; coped parapet. Right side has extension with C20 windows and door to ground floor; three blind windows to each of ground floor and first floor. Rear elevation has C19 and C20 windows; small extensions to ground floor and basement; lead hopperhead at eaves to centre.
INTERIOR: Some original plasterwork to the front room, which is linked to the rear by an arch with reeded decoration.
