House. Early C19 with late C19 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, single pitched roof (unseen) with moulded ridge stack to right of centre and truncated stack to left gable end.
PLAN: Two-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and lower ground floor, wide symmetrical two-window front. Restored coped parapet, cornice and glyph frieze to the front, two/two-pane sash windows to first floor, six/six-pane sashes to ground floor flank six-panel door with moulded hood on moulded stone brackets.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
