Shop with accommodation over. Early C18, heightened probably in early C19 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof not visible from street.
PLAN: Narrow double depth plan with entrance to right.
EXTERIOR: Four storeys. Ground floor has mid C20 `Georgian' shopfront with four x six multi-paned window and timber pilasters and fascia. First and second floors have paired plain sashes with stone mullion. Drip between both upper floors. Top floor has ashlar of different character and eight/eight sash suggesting raising to full attic in early C19. Cornice, parapet. Rear elevation not seen.
INTERIOR: Not inspected except for ground floor which appeared to retain no features of special interest.
