House now shop. c1800 with mid C19 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar painted to first floor, roof, unseen, with moulded stacks to the right.
PLAN: Double depth.
EXTERIOR: Four storeys, two window range. Coped parapet and cornice slightly returned to right, eight/eight pane sash window to third floor; paired six/six pane sashes with shared sills to second and first floors, all without horns. Shop has cornice to fascia; moulded colonnettes to two pane plate glass shop window to right and set back half-glazed door with margin paned overlight to left.
