House in informal terrace. Late C18/early C19 (first rating in street in 1794), altered and heightened in later C19.
MATERIALS: Rendered stone, roof not visible from street.
PLAN: Double depth plan with central entrance, narrower than others in terrace but appears to be of same date.
EXTERIOR: Three full storeys, top floor being heightening, two bays. Platband at first floor level, and parapet string now at second floor level. All windows are four/four late C19 sashes, left hand ones are above each other, right hand ones are paired on first floor with right hand of these above ground floor one and upper floor one being placed centrally over pair. Central six-panel door with C20 gabled porch. Plain parapet hiding roof, tall stacks with pots at both ends of property.
Rear elevation not seen.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
