Obelisk. c1861. Limestone and pennant stone. Neo-Classical Revival style. Triangular plan. Vermiculated plinth, stepped base. Buttressed chest with sunk inscription panels. Guilloche mould as base to obelisk. Obelisk has chamfered corners. Inscription to Edward Hunter, died 1861. The only monument with quality of design and finish in the cemetery.
