House. c1830 with later additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double pitched slate roof with moulded stacks to coped gable ends.
PLAN: Double depth plan with long rear right wing.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two-window range to main block with lower, later range set slightly back to right with one six/six-pane sash window to each floor and high coped parapet above cornice. Main block has low coped parapet, cornice, ground floor platband, banded rustication to ground floor. Moulded architraves to three/six-pane sash windows to second floor, cornices on consoles over margin paned French windows to first floor, each with pierced stone balustraded balcony similar to garden wall, right hand balcony forms porch, enclosed to sides, with guttae string to frieze and 4-panel door, to left six/six-pane sash window.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Garden fronted by ashlar wall approx 1m high to panelled piers at centre and ends, enriched with Soane inspired caps. Coped wall has narrow semicircular arched pierced panels on plinth. Wrought iron gate.
