House. c1830.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, painted to ground floor, roof hidden from street.
PLAN: Double depth plan with central entrance.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, five-window front. The second and fourth bays are blind (except for ground floor of fourth bay), with lateral bars in masonry and remains of trompe l'oeil glazing bars. Platband at first floor level. Windows are six/six sashes in plain recesses. Six-panel door with rectangular light over in plain recessed opening. Plat band, cornice, parapet, ridge stacks at both ends. Rendered side elevation. Rear elevation not seen.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
