Shop, part of an earlier terrace, with steps. c1870 with C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof unseen, truncated stacks to party walls.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, symmetrical three-window front. Coped parapet, stopped bracketed cornice, plate glass sash windows to upper floors, raised surrounds with diagonal extensions at corners to first floor, and ground floor platband. C20 central set back shop door and a tall overlight are flanked by plate glass windows with moulded sills, narrow reeded pilasters with fluted caps on fascia, and narrow cornice.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: To left segmental arch below platband leads to flight of stone steps in four stages with square platforms between and wrought iron scroll-ended handrail to left hand wall, linking Walcot Street with the Paragon.
